It will be an exciting addition when everything is finished. ames Island also has a partnership with the City of Charleston for children to participate in youth sports at the resident rate.
There is a new Town Hall on James Island and The Town Market is a fun event that takes place there the last Friday of every month from May through September. There are vendors and food trucks at the market as well as a movie that starts at dusk. It is a fun time for the community to come together.
