Amy Bolan is a 25+ year commercial real estate veteran experienced and educated in the business from Kent State University.
She began her career in 1982 with a small local developer out of Massillon, Ohio focusing on the development, marketing and leasing of their new shopping center projects. She advanced her career with a move to a national shopping center developer, Zaremba Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio handling the leasing of five shopping centers in three different states and the negotiations/sales of those outparcels.
Amy became a licensed Realtor in 1990 while continuing to expand her career in commercial real estate. She moved her license to RE/MAX and began site selection for retailers and restaurants (once known as "The Restaurant Queen") throughout the U.S. while focusing her listings on offices, retail and industrial properties throughout the State of Ohio. She has represented some of the top US retailers in leasing and sales and 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges: Home Depot, WalMart, Sally Beauty, Quaker Steak & Lube Restaurants, Rite Aid, Walgreen, CVS, Lowes, Dollar General, YUM! After moving to Charleston eight years ago, her main focus, education and experience to date is waterfront luxury homes, second/retirement homes, new construction, local residential/commercial development, land sales, 1031 exchanges, commercial sales and multi family investments.
She has currently limited herself to the Charleston Tri-County area, but is open to statewide business.
